Refund policy
Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons, PEAKED does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wearpeaked.com.au
To assess your request, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photo evidence
If approved, we will provide either:
- A replacement item, or
- A refund to your original payment method
Items must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for assessment.
